Cynthia Shelhart performs traditional and contemporary music for double-strung harp. Based near Chicago in northwest Indiana, her concerts feature traditional music of Scotland and Ireland, instrumental classics by Duane Allman and Chick Corea, and her own compositions.
In addition to solo concerts, Cynthia entertains throughout the United States at Highland Games and other Celtic festivals. She is also in demand as a harp teacher and workshop presenter, and her music is a memorable addition to weddings, corporate events, and private parties.
